Becoming an author the heart’s desire paths

Happy Thanksgiving Day! 🙂

Mindfulness is the process of thought that consciously brings awareness to your here-and-now experience.

This process happens when the mind merges with the heart, making a person can have openness, interest, and receptiveness. Surprisingly with a humble process, one can live in the present moment. Because “mind with heart” makes it possible to experience the surroundings, have the clarity to engage fully with all senses, and detect what the automatic thoughts say.

Rather than getting lost in the moment, one can reprocess the dilemmas without dismissing them and making a clearer decision to do or respond. Rather than controlling the feeling, one can let the feelings be as they are without judging.

Through this process, the most painful thoughts, feelings/emotions that are unbearable remain neutral. Then, the “mind with heart” can observe and explore, then learn to accept and forgive. In this way, a desirable path that one doesn’t necessarily expect or see at that moment will arrive amazingly.

The transformation is happening daily in big and small ways. The suffering becomes the path of transformation to be better than experienced as bitter emotional control that needs to be avoided or fought. Destructiveness thoughts become the creative thoughts that create the heart’s desire paths.

Mindfulness Breathing

Bringing awareness to breathing is an effective pathway to train the mind to meet unexpected situations as they arise.

The breathing creates a flowing and dynamic space, opening up any clenched or unyielding attitude. The mind is tranquil. The clarity that reigned tells the mind not to follow the incorrect judgment.

It is noteworthy to remember to return to mindful breathing repeatedly.

Asking simple questions: How fast or slow am I breathing? Be mindful of where the breathing is from and the breathing to. What feelings accompany the breathing? Paying attention to the tightness in the body and breathing from it and to it.

It takes some practice and is truly worth it. The aware breath creates the space within that liberates the soul to return to the present moment and return to harmony. The breath becomes fresh and surprisingly welcomes creative ideas of existence.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING 2020 🙂

Healing & Acceptance

This is one of the prominent challenges to healing and transforming: “Be mindful of not becoming an eagle that fears height.” You need to learn and accept the fact first. The fact will teach and guide.

The fact will suggest embracing humility as the first step to welcome acceptance –whatever terrible feelings you have because of these negative thoughts such as, “I am not good enough,” “I am a loser,” or “I am unwanted.” The fact teaches that everything will be alright, that eagle needs to learn to spread its wings to jump out from the high cliff.

The magic words from the sacred within, such as “you are safe, you are loved, you are forgiven, and you are good enough,” will guide the transformation. The reason that makes acceptance becomes the gate of healing is that when you continue denying the reality of facts, you are continuing to wear one of those negative lenses.

You will do everything you can to assault the fact or reality you hate. Your automatic negative thinking immediately takes refuge in blame, self-pity, and righteous indignation to shore up your frail sense of self.

Again, there is a reason why healing will not avoid the fact or the situation or not act like a victim. Healing starts with the willingness to enter the gate of acceptance to be transformed. Humility needs to be bigger than false pride.

The magical cloud

Standing on the highest ground. Amazingly drawn into the mystical, the mythical, and the magical cloud. The heart wraps with the glorious unseen ravines of silence, pouring the joyous music deep into the soul.

Enthralling the mind to see the infinite wonderful universe inside. The heart then rejoices to experience the presence of God, who is stirring kindles.

Humbly, a melody within sings that “a lively and radiant presence” is never mute. That is the moment when the sky meets the earth.

The earth holds time to breathe and wake to meet the heart’s desire in many ways. The sacred meeting is happening, delightedly and unstoppable.

Majestic Fall

Fall means taking a deep breath.
Let nature teaches us to live and pause, slowing down and gently creating within with the thought of welcoming the new beginning—Let the sun recline above the equator, poised in harmony and making the universe ready to welcome the coming transformation.

The heart of all creation rejoices as an equal balance of light and dark, day and night, and the perfect humidity creates majestic colors.
As the decaying leaves spread the best fragrance, exulting every heart and resonating the most exalted senses.
Oranges, yellows, the purple dancing with the bright red of burning bushes make the heart unable to breathe because of their richness.

Sit in a field of yellow leaves warmed by the sun.
Breathe through the nose into the chest.
Hold briefly.
Let the breath fall into the upper belly.
Breathe out firmly through the mouth.
Open all senses and create tranquility within.

Trust the self as trust the process

Believing in self to take action is the first. In the long run, confident action is much more successful than tentative action. It would be best to take confident action, believe in the ability to be consistent, and be humble enough to learn. Every step is getting closer to the destination. Sometimes, pausing, taking deep breaths, tapping clarity, and evaluating the vision are good—one step at a time. Trust the self as trust the process. Stay dedicated and move forward with an untainted spirit. Surprisingly you will be there!

Come back to harmony

Come back to harmony!
As deep reflection goes, the mind is enlightened by the remarkable understanding that the past’s eternity is the initial setting of the creation story in Genesis. Surprisingly, eternity starts from the unexplainable “deep eternity of darkness.” The absolute creative forces transform the “deep of darkness” into harmony.

In the description from Genesis, harmony is explained as the dancing between light and darkness. It reflects human nature who strived to explain the meaning of life, sin, salvation, the human race, and the Hebrew nation. It begins with primeval history centered on four major events: the Creation, the Fall, the Flood, and the nations’ dispersion.

The amazing part is when God, by willful act and divine Word, spoke all creation into existence, furnished it, and finally breathed life into a lump of dirt which He fashioned in His image to become Adam and completed by Eva. God made humankind the crowning point of His creation, i.e., His companions who would enjoy fellowship with Him and bring glory to His name.

Creation is the work of God. Yet the nature of humankind is continuing reverence for their deep dark past eternity. The awareness of the presence of the absolute creative force is necessary. The ability to enfold the right creative attitude is a part of the daily spiritual practice of becoming humankind.

That is why the calling to return to harmony is a calling that reckons to echo into the deep dark past of eternity. That dynamic can be called a healing transformation or being reborn or reclaiming the essence of humankind. Start by utilizing the right creative attitude toward wholeness. Then, wholeness is created inside.

Contemplating the process of becoming with all its paradoxes, tensions, struggles, and blessing is necessary. Every aspect of a creative, growing process and partnership with God is a part of the necessary journey. Having an attitude of the right creativity will nurture the wondering child within and be blessed.

Return to harmony, then become the mantra that brings safe, acceptance, forgiveness, and love. No matter how old humankind gets, if they can keep the desire to have “the right creative attitude,” they can keep “the man-child” alive and be transformed to be better in every process of becoming.  Always come back to harmony!

Choices to view the passage of time

Today probably will be great to be mindful of letting the time flow rather than wrestle with time. Actually, there are always choices to view the passage of time:

(1) It can be understood as critical. That will activate the amygdala brain dominated by fear and anxiety toward uncertainty and threats. This critical dynamic leads to evolving the maladaptive thought process (i.e., All or Nothing Thinking, Overgeneralization, Magnifying, Catastrophe, etc.). As a result, time is seen and experienced as a struggle against life. Life is frozen or trapped by these kinds of thoughts processing. The mind will race and spiral down into a depressed and anxious mood.

(2) It can be experienced as a gift to enjoy, create memorable moments, and recreate its meaning and purpose. It can be experienced as a hopeful imagination. Through these lenses, living in the present is enjoyable and full of passion. Moving forward to journey more and more, as to experience more absolutely blessed heart’s desire. Of course, a certain time frame needs to be followed, which leads to more trust and stronger faith. It is like seeing the fall season as a lovely reminder of how beautiful change can be.

This meditation leads to a new awareness of how the perspective toward the passage of time matters to creating the life we want.

Attention & Intention

There are countless ways to take shortcuts to accomplish things, leading to shame. Actually, there is an honorable way to accomplish things without following those shortcuts. By applying these two magical words in life, accomplishing becomes noble.

The first word is “attention.”

When the mind starts paying attention to something, the rest of the soul will direct the creative energy. The passion then will grow stronger miraculously. This is the moment when paying attention to the right things will empower and incredibly savor the experiences. In this time, one must be mindful to pay attention to the right heart’s desire.

The second word is “intention.”

The intention is born when the heart desires to act and start developing a SMART plan (i.e., Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timable).

This is the reason at the time the intention starts, wishful thinking no longer exists. Instead of being passive, vague, and diffused, intention makes creative movements. Intention holds commitment dearly to do the heart’s desire, and magically will always find amazing ways to make a dream come true. Through the process, life becomes alive affectionately, devotedly, and happy. It is a Notable life.
