You are and will be wonderful everyday

When you learn, practice, and mastery to love your life, then life will love you all the way. Moreover, when life loves you all the way, life will work out for you.

Your unique past has given you the power and the presence to take on whatever comes your way. You continue to heal yourself day by day, week by week — with commitment and consistency, getting all that you need as you need it. Nothing comes too soon or too late.

The now feeds you in every way. You feel positive, happy, and worthy. You direct your mind to drift to positive, becoming more confident and more in control than ever before — as you are surrendering at the same time.

You can be successful

Life is strange and often imponderable when reflecting on what makes success and failure find their roots in simple experiences. The most typical reason people fail is that they left or give up when faced with temporary defeat. Believe it or not that probably many people are guilty of this mistake at one time or another.

Even though many people can analyze the mistake and found the lesson taught in each, respectively, they still fall into the same mistake repeatedly. What is the problem then? What is the secret that leads to success and achievement, that turns defeat into a stepping stone to opportunity?

Probably one of the answers is to explore the underlying old pattern belief systems that already tainted, such as “I am not good enough,” “I am not capable,” or “I am a failure,” etc. Then, learning to notice that achievement or successful life begins with a state of mind and a well-defined purpose. The further question becomes: How to nurture that state of mind that will attract success and achievement? Impossible? Not at all!

The amazing part is, as one thinks of his/herself as confident and successful, his/her achievement and accomplishment status will begin to grow. The astounding part is, everything he/she touches will begin to transmute itself into greater achievement and accomplishment that are gratifying and fulfilling. Furthermore, the acts of gratitude that express thankfulness become necessary and significant to nurture.

The mastery process to liberate

The seeds of mindfulness can flourish when one has devoted time tirelessly and happily to prepare his/her internal rich soil. One needs to have the confidence to mastery that through certain attitudes and mental qualities, happy life will prevail. The acts of cultivating and nurturing, along with the rhythm of life, are necessary.

In this process, one purposefully is tilling the soil of his/her own mind to shape character. In this mastery process, one perfects clarity and certainty every day. The process becomes the source of compassion and the right actions, replacing the confusion and maligned thoughts. Endurance then becomes the key here to liberate. As the old saying said, “when you learn or/and practice to love your life, life will love you all the way.”

Understanding the negative internal process

The thoughts that manifest from the unsafe and unstable sense of self that yearns to be protected produce a deep affliction feeling. This affliction feeling has great tendencies to repeat the irrational fear, sadness, and anxiety — with repetition and compulsions, that internal dynamic became psychological and emotional disorder.

At that state, one will try hard to defend him/herself against the unwanted events and feelings. Furthermore, there will be a strong tendency to hold on to a certain fondness, which is maladaptive. Automatically the mind filters in only to the favorite ones. These conditions easily lead to overwhelming experiences of despair, anxiety, and sadness, as well as compulsions and addictions.

Bells and Robes

Zen Master Unmon said: “The world is vast and wide. Why do you put on your robes at the sound of a bell?”

There is an old saying that whatever comes in through the gates is foreign. The gates are the senses: sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. If we decide, move, and act by the senses, we obey foreign commands. In response to our environment, we feel pressured, are easily upset, become nervous. This is one of the characteristics of modern life. But if one settles down firmly in one’s inner life, all actions, feelings, and deeds come from deep within. The unenlightened one does things because he must do them; the enlightened one acts because he wants to. Freedom lies in the center of life — Zen Master Unmon points to the center.

Healing…

The realization of the core belief system is a realization of the tributaries. The realization of the tributaries is a realization of the source. Seeing and being mindful of the connecting link between them is the path of healing.
Breathing in, swallowing the whole universe… Breathing out, manifesting the virtues within, proclaiming simple daily healing that everything in life is working out for you…
Breathing in, self-respect and confidence are growing more and more… Breathing out, replacing every negative attachment with self-control, strength, and confidence…

Universe in a drop of dew

Thoughts left unexpressed.
— like the infinite bridge that unites the earth and heaven
How much I love is as the size of the universe
How much I hope is as endless as the uncharted dreams

Again thoughts left unexpressed.
— the dancing between two becomes one in rhythm
Conceiving and composing happens in the melody
The astonishing part is,
— within the occurring of the impossible and the possible
the mind embraces heart, and hearts espouses the mind
The endless then happening at the moment
With wonder and awe, entirely

Again, thoughts left unexpressed.
— when found the universe in a drop of dew
And a drop of dew is in my soul
— In a surprising way and absolutely incredible!

Break the circle of “mediocre”

When we believe we can do something, we implicitly tap into our brain’s resources. We will charge all our internal resources to find a way to support that belief. Therefore the impossible becomes possible. Only when we strongly believe that something is impossible will we automatically not even try thinking of away. We shut out the possibility altogether.

The challenge is that we have been growing up and continuing to live so many ways under certain circumstances. Somehow we already have a certain way of thinking (i.e., dogmas, teachings, subcultures, even painful or traumatic experiences, etc., which become our Map of Reality). We don’t see the other possibilities because we already have the most relevant things in our lives. We are so comfortable with those belief systems.

Unfortunately, many people have never learned or never have guidance on how to direct and re-program the limiting patterns they run. They are not in charge of their brains. Instead, their brains take charge of them. They let their brains go on ‘auto-pilot,’ running average programs that keep limiting their performance. As a result, they will always feel that they can never do things better than they have done. It is simply because they believe it is not within their control or ability.

This is the right time when we all are waiting for the coming year 2021 to reflect on our lives to ask these questions solemnly: “What challenges from the past can you celebrate overcoming? How has life taught you to grow right now? Have you been avoiding out of fear and how fear dictate your daily decisions and actions? Which challenges from the past that you want to celebrate overcoming? What new patterns and habits can you invite into your life?”

When we know the need to seek help, then seek humbly. The path is guiding. Our part is to encompass the calling within. Our capabilities are always more than our own thoughts. There are always more possibilities in front of us than we firmly believe in.

Merry Christmas: Becoming the splendid possible person

The greatness of becoming a mindful person is acknowledging things that have been given and, with creative imagination, can make the most out of them. The question of “what can I do the most and the best?” becomes compelling to start a wondrous inner journey. Then, with hopeful imagination, one needs to answer this further question: “How to be the splendid possible person?”

Certainly, through this thinking process, one can allow the self to scroll more life direction from the “sacred book” that already alive within. The amazing part is the brain will respond to those questions with excitement and determination. Obviously, the brain tells the heart that “life is too short to be little, it is time to adventure to the best possible.” As a result, with each breath you inhale and exhale, you can articulate those answers in very concrete, simple, daily living joyous ways.

The living wisdom then tells that manhood is not something given to you, but you need to gain. You gain it every day by embracing your own shadows and bring them to the light, exults with respect and love. Your future well-being is in your own hands. The present is where you determine whether or not your future will be happy and joyfully alive.

“Thousands of stars in the night sky glittering. The shepherds sing and dance. Then the air falls to a sudden. They see one falling star. As the wilderness calm and full of wonders, the shepherds’ hearts exults, blaze in all glory. Without too much thinking, they are following the falling star that already awakens their inner guidance to journey to the path to meet the King.”

Merry Christmas!!!

Invoking the Future: Happy New Year 2021

Now the time to take a look at yourself – inside and out. Preparing a pen and a journal book. Be gentle and mindfully communicating with the whole of your senses. Reflect on these questions as you write them down one by one while you read every sentence peacefully. Let all the answers flow from your heart. Your mind only helping to decode the thoughts and feeling into words and sentences without judging. Read each question and answer it right away, one by one. Ready?

How can you describe yourself? Where do you live? What job do you have? How do you relate to your coworkers, friends, and family? Where have you been more focused on? If you think of your life now, how does your life ask you to grow right now?

What kind of old patterns of habit you want to remove, and what kind of new patterns and habits do you want to invite into your life now? What interests do you pursue? What adventures do you have? What do you truly want from life? Where is your heart guiding you? Do you want wealth and success? Do you want to have happiness and peace of mind? What commitments to yourself you honor? Do you want a family? Do you want to have a single life? What kind of life do you want to present in daily? What do you want to have (ex. a yard, a big home, a yacht, a sports car, etc.)? Where are you going? Are you just wandering through life or having such a particular goal? That is true that you can accomplish anything you want in life.

You need to believe that through straightforward commitment, consistency, and persistency, with total conviction, you can make the impossible possible. Once you have selective goals, you can accomplish them.

Whatever goals (big or small) you have are worth it (such as losing some weight, buying a new car, etc. Or, maybe getting a promotion of finding a mate). Whether you want a bigger house or apartment or want to be a big company leader, truly possible if it is what you want to and go for them.

This the most basic principles that no goal is too small. No dream is too big. All need daily motivation and action. Clarity of your heart’s desire is matter. You can always tap into your subconsciousness, and it will help you find the paths to a successful and happy life.

Believing that you can change your life to get what you want is really matter. You can start to picture yourself with the most ideal image of accomplishment. How does it feel? You are more than halfway in your heart’s desire journey if you start formulating your life goals and using your creative imagination to pursue those goals.

Like the most successful leaders and artists throughout history need to follow specific paths to attain their hearts’ desires, you too can do it. With humility and a hopeful standpoint, you keep an open mind and a hopeful outlook. Reciting your daily motivation every day will transform your thinking process to the ones you desire to have. It will be surprisingly amazing to start. Then let the reality catch up.

Offering all those creative acts of your heart’s desires to the universe and thankful to the Higher Self who guides. Believing that a heart’s desirable path is going to open before you: One that you don’t necessarily expect, one that you don’t necessarily see at this moment will arrive. The path will help you to move forward to find the way, in big and small ways. Just Be and Trust. Amen.

HAPPY HOLIDAY AND HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021!!!
