The Power of Unconscious Judgments & Dialectical Therapy

It is important to know that most people do not consider all potentially relevant information when making judgments and decisions. Instead, they mostly rely on a subset of information that is most accessible in that situation.

That is the reason why social media has become so powerful today. However, it is important to highlight that the “accessibility” actually is not random but reflects dispositional of the person, which then is manipulated with the algorithm.

People do not rely blindly on accessible information in many situations. On the contrary, they have a strong tendency to filter in and out the information and then lock into the only relevant information that is more likely to represent their judgmental target. That is the reason why unconscious judgments are often highly effective.

Moreover, there is a negative or contrasting relationship between the implications of accessible information and the resulting judgment. The more information individuals consider for a judgment; the less influence is exerted by any given piece of accessible information.

As the result of this dynamic process attaining the information, the therapy process needs to be dialectical, which leads to recreating the new awareness that will have the power to illuminate the unconscious process that sometimes is not controllable. The dialectical process of therapy will offer more options and opportunities to consider, leading to a liberating internal dynamic process.

Christmas & New Year Reflection

Christmas and New Year are here. It is time to reflect on the experiences. You will envision your life when you can reflect on the trial and the tribulation of life.

Trial and tribulation are the pathways that make you stronger and even better. After some time, you will know that the positives come from the negatives.

Amazingly, the reflections envision seeing the trail and the tribulation as the pathways that help move beyond the horizon of limitation. They support you to move beyond the pain, fear, failure, guilt, and sadness so many times.

You probably feel that you are living in the darkness during that time. But, actually, as long as you trust and listen to your inner wisdom and always listen, you move beyond fear to hope and love—That is the meaning of Christmas!

The path will protect and guide you until you become the “you” that you choose to be— That is your legacy in this life!

1st Mantra for “Successful Life”

“It is okay not to be okay with failure; it is okay to give yourself permission not to love failure, which means it is okay to feel safe with failure because failures help liberate, motivate, teach to be better and be more successful. Because my success is not about action being right but about consistently making better actions by learning from failures and moving forward. It is okay that I don’t have to fear failure! Just be cautious and be thoughtful!”

Possibilities exist in every angle of life

The key to success is the view that success is about learning. Seized the chance becomes the path of growing up. Persons with a fixed mindset think oppositely. They bother too much about being exposed to their insufficiencies. Because of that, they choose to feel smart in the short run. Their behavior is actually to hide or run away from challenges. Their rationalizing is bigger than the courageous heart. That is why they choose to become non-learners and pretend to be happy and satisfied with their lives.

Interestingly, they show no interest in the new information that could help them learn and grow—Vive versa, persons with a growth mindset respond differently. They will pay close attention to the new information that could expand their knowledge and see possibilities. They can process the information with the knowledge that the impossible thoughts could be possible. They view learning as a priority in life. Possibilities exist in every angle of life. It takes only 20 seconds of courage. Life is to grow, and to grow, is to take measurable risks and be happy with all the results. Results of the decision become powerful feedback to adapt and adjust new ways of being, understanding, and intervening.

It is safe…

It is safe to feel safe
to be happy
to live happily
to be able to take care of yourself
to carefree
to have bigger dreams
to have creative aspirations
to have adventure spirit
to experience the unknown
to grow and be better
to release anxiety and fear
to breathe easily
to let go of things that hold you back
to release doubts
to be blessed
to live in abundance
to release all the tightness in your chest
to embrace the unworthiness
to feel worthy and good enough
to set yourself free
to have a plan and to be responsible
to live a healthy lifestyle
indeed it is safe
certainly, it is safe

The Mystery of Transformation

The mystery of transformation is something different. Transformation happens when something old falls apart, not when something new happens. In this process, you carry your identity with new ways of being, understanding, and doing.

You will be surprised to discover that continuity and discontinuity happen at the same time. The pain invites you to listen at a deeper level, learning to surrender and letting God in. You experience chaos at first. It happened because of the pain of the past — as the old belief system is falling apart.

Certainly, you see the old pattern way of doing or being is no longer working. You learn to unhand the anticipation of pain and the fear of being in pain. You know that apparently, you were deeply entrenched in the past, and now, you are clearly a free person.

You will be ready when you have hope amongst things that “looks insanity” yet liberate and give a sense of freedom.

wp-1604778479729.jpg

You need to excite your imagination if you want to reach your goal. The powerful goal needs specific measurement that provides motivational energy and can capture a huge reality that you believe in deep in your heart. It is like the impossible thoughts that you know now is possible, which fill you with clarity and purpose.

This powerful goal becomes a part of your daily life because it is a fresh perspective. You can taste, smell, and feel it is happening. You believe that you are on the right track. Probably you can say that this is kind of a dream with a deadline. But, the amazing part is that its deadline makes you feel wonder, awe, and purposeful. You know what you’re up to in life. You can breathe and sense a delightful freedom.

This powerful goal transforms you. Life’s landscape becomes a lot more interesting. You realize that there is a new dimension of life that you never considered before because you couldn’t see it; now, you are on the path to it. You can say life is worth living.

About believing in

It is phenomenal to know in this life journey:
You don’t need to believe in all your dreams. Yet, it would be best if you dreamed big enough regardless you believe in it or not. It would be a paramount life journey if you believed that all knowledge exists to inform and teach; all wisdom appears to guide, and all insights and guidance happen to show you the path, all in all. That’s it.
