Amazing Path Possible!

I am wondering and contemplating the thought and the emotion of:
Which one is best for me, that I build my dreams or let someone else hire me to build theirs, and then I can feel that their dreams are mine?

The more I contemplate, the more I learn that I live today to create the tomorrow that I commit to, and the tomorrow is my dream and my hopeful imagination. So I am more convinced that I need to go confidently in the direction of my dreams. I will continue to live the life I have imagined.

When I am too worried about making a mistake in the decision-making process, I always remember what Albert Einstein stated: “A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new.” I count that liveliness thought with what Maya Angelou’s conviction, “life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.”

May God always bless me on this Path and let the true Path guides me to make my dreams come true and create further dreams! The self-realization and awareness of my vision, purpose, and meaning have kept me having everlasting life.

The only limit is my imagination, vision, purpose, and meaning that I want to have. Amen.

Embrace daily salvation!

The “there” is over here; because the “here” is over there. I have faithfully planted these heavenly seeds and let them grow daily. So, my little mind can embrace and cultivate them wholeheartedly.

The next day, when I woke up in the morning, I had hopeful imagination and determination. Excitingly, I am making another “there” every morning. Then, when I go to bed, I go to bed with satisfaction because I have been unlocking the very best version of myself. This is one of the happy moments in my life.

This happy moment becomes more and more plentiful and beautiful. My commitment, consistency, and persistence in cultivating make these seeds grow amazingly. I am certainly better, healthier, and happier every day. Truly, salvation happens when I embrace each day with a faithful heart.

[Things you do wholeheartedly, with purpose and mission, make the “there” happen here.]

Amazingly you are becoming what you want to become!

Whatever happen happens

Whatever happens, let happen • We need to relinquish control, fear, worry, desire, and anger to be present, receptive, and aware • We cannot live in the future or our head • We must feel from the heart and bypass brain to connect to people • Self- doubt is a barrier to our journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and self-love • We deserve to reach our full potential • We deserve to love and to be loved • We can begin to heal. • The healing journey will be painful • We can work past the pain with quiet mind • Arrogance and defensiveness must be rid for healing to be effective • For each other to heal, we must heal ourselves first • Shame, guilt & reluctance must be absent • We will never find what we don’t seek, and sometimes our minds deceive us • We must lead with love as to enhance the ability to empathize good surprises with deep emotional reciprocation (i.e., Frisson: a sudden feeling of excitement or fearespecially when we think that something is about to happen).

Good surprises are always around you!

“You can control many things in life, yet you cannot control the whole thing. Because of that, the whole thing you cannot control is much bigger than you can control. So then, actually, there will be surprises-both good and bad. The challenge is that the brain tends to look at the bad instead of the good. That is the reason the good surprises feel like they happen less. Actually, it is not the case. Again, remember that you can control how you respond instead of reacting. How you can make a plan to be a winner instead of a follower or a victim. In the case of embracing the surprises, you need to learn a radical acceptance first, which is to let go of the mind’s tendency to the bad surprises and start developing a positive mindset. Then, amazingly, you will be better off because you tune in your mind and heart to good surprises with hopeful imagination. So, you always seize the day wholeheartedly because you believe that good surprises are always around you!”

Follow the true Footpath!

Life is life!
You can not control the whole thing.
What happens will happen, and somehow unanticipated
In that part, you need to accept and learn to reflect.
Predicting the future is good.
The challenge is:
You still need to cross that bridge first and then gain clarity.
Then there will be no resentment-guilt.
Then comes the Serenity Prayer
Everything is learning and mastering
Then learn to unlearn to be better
That is the discipleship footpath

“Let yourself be silently drawn
by the stronger pull of what you really love.”

Reasons to be HAPPY!

To be happier in life, it would be best to practice how to be happy daily!
So, we can say, “just BE HAPPY.”
The reason is that there are so many beautiful things in life; there are so many good things in life that we want and can capture and experience.
And those are things that are actually with us; those are things we already have.
Mindset is important.
The effort is important.
Only we somehow didn’t recognize them.
So, having a better mindset helps to transform and to heal.
It is when you wake every morning, starting with tomorrow.
You will feel refreshed from your sleep and ready to tackle all the tasks for the day, which means being happier and healthier.

All of those become the journey of the soul:
“To be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect” (Mat 5:48)

Love and Hope

Let hope energy circle the universe inside and outside you

Breathe in with love
Fill the heart and mind with love
Let love energy circle the “I.”
Then, breathe out hope
Fill in the people that you know & love with hope
Just like the story in the Genesis
When God gives His breath to Adam and Eve
So they are alive and have hope
Let hope energy circles the universe inside and outside you
Because hope is a sign of being alive
We need to remember that life is Given
Always given
It is God’s energy that is living among us,
And in all creations
God’s energy guides us to become a creator of life’s meaning
So, breathe to create meaning
So, we can move toward the horizon with daily conviction
As long as we have trust and faith
That there is hope
That there is little satisfaction here and there
Because meaning can happen every moment
As the stars are everywhere, in the eternity of time
There is no end to the sky
The ‘here’ is over there
The ‘there’ is already here
We are already there because we are here
The satisfaction that is happening
Become a temporary bridge between the future and the now
Let it be
Let it be
Embrace it and seize the day
With hope and determination, with love and faith!

The 1st Gift from Heaven

Set yourself free in the breathing as clear as the sky and the lake

Continue to be mindful of breathing
Because breathing is the only thing we have
Breathing is the first gift from Heaven
So it is important to connect with the breathing
The most important thing, breathing is always happening in the now
Breathing is connecting you and me to the world
Remember that the now is the only thing we have in this world
The amazing part is that the now is in the breathing
Breathing is a sign that we are alive
Our life is given by the Heaven
That is the reason every interaction is so purposeful and meaningful
Because we are always a part of the now, and it is happening in the real timeline.
And again, the timeline is always in the present
As we continue to bring Heaven into our real life.

Spirituality of Satisfaction

Life satisfaction happens when one continues embracing the future by learning to win and lose gracefully and not obsess over mistakes. Pivoting and trying a new approach were also key. Life satisfaction is a life journey. It is about mindfulness with resilience, commitment, and consistency. It is about keeping going, failing, trying with new perspectives, trying again, and then celebrating. There will be many self-reflections, learned and unlearned. Passion, humility, and gratitude for little things become the “secret blend of herbs and spices” in daily life. Life is beautiful indeed.

Unlocked the Possibilities

The power of giving appreciation to little things:

It is transforming to enjoy the little things because all I have is the now. Through this mindfulness, I can start to dream, explore, and discover because, in fact, possibilities are always in the present.

Through this process, the path guides me from the depth to move beyond discomfort, anxiety, or fear of failure. Possibilities are unlocked. Doubt and hesitation become trust which leads to greater confidence. Amazingly, miracles happen because my capacity to choose is being actualized.

The path then will guide me to care and love more, bless and spread kindness-compassion, and grow happily every day. So I continue to listen and appreciate little things, learn, and unlearn along the path as I grow for the better with gratitude of mind and heart!
