22 Ways to embrace sense of wholeness and freedom: From impasse to insight, 3rd way

A flag of proud self waves in the wind and is curling into a delicate arched form. I then imagine how strong it is when breaking on the shore. Then, I am amazed by the sight of how the morning light can unsettle the hard-stone mind and heart. Warmth, gentle, genuine, and sprightly mind touches and penetrates the delicate curling waves. The proud self is softened and delighted, waiting for the moment for how the breaking self into sprinkle is not the loss but the transformation and illumination. Each sprinkle will always nourish and reassure the holy seeds in each individual to grow to become a better generation…

Become aware of your breathing… Become aware of your natural breathing… Pause… Awareness of breathing… Pause… Awareness of the GAP/STOP point between breathing in and out… Now develop an awareness of your physical existence… aware of your arms and legs and your body lying on the floor. Continue with your awareness of breathing… Whenever you know the GAP/STOP point, you fill your imagination with the wave breaking on the shore… that each sprinkles splash and gives life… Delicate wave… proud-self wave… Continue this contemplation for a couple of minutes…

With your awareness of the delicateness of the proud self, you learn the reborn energy that gives life to many… the possibility that things could better struggle is born… creativity emerges… and the visionary of breaking the proud wave awakes and frees the self…

22 Ways to embrace sense of wholeness and freedom: Starting from gratitude mind, 2nd way

Come, oh Mighty… Splendor desire mindfully learns to be thankful at the very first breath of the day. Graciously trusting in the spirit of the morning, I then partake in the rhythm of nature and contemplate an ultimate determination. The divine Sun positively illuminates a soul with a gracious mind and heart. All matters should be no regret, and everything works together for its good. A sacred assertion of “God, you alone suffice” indicates the acknowledgment of who I want to become and where I want to go.

Why do we start the day with a grateful mind?

We don’t want to lose our chance to be happy. Gratitude is a daily given opportunity. Gratitude flows from God’s generosity, which cannot be limited to our thoughts and feelings. It is a revered blessing from the universe. Only the “mind” attuned to the possibility of being happy with the small things does not want to lose a chance to have gratitude. With gratitude in mind, we believe in the presence of abundance.

22 Ways to embrace sense of wholeness and freedom: Alignment with precious memories, 1st way

After heavy rain, my passion awoke at the brink of afternoon Light…   My vision was surprised by the beauty so bright in the memory. Time stands still. Tantalize me… Fervor my spirit… Such tender eyes and smooth skin… Such a soft and vibrant sincere smile… The beauty that flows from my precious heart awakens me in every fashion… Is it a precious heart that completely captured me on the first take? So smooth…   Enrich soul, empower heart, and drive the passion… Unspoken word…

The first step to embracing a sense of wholeness and freedom is to know that your soul has many beautiful gardens.

Pick one of the sweetest memory and mindfully acknowledge that memory. Re-visiting the positive feelings which arise along with that memory. You notice how you’re felt, what you believe about yourself… This memory had been pressed down to the very bottom of your psyche because of your fear of possibly awakening the pain when you remember it. Your work now is to give permission to nourish who you were and are, to send compassion back into that scene; compassion and love for yourself. You start the journey to embrace the sense of wholeness and freedom from the most beautiful and precious parts of your life. By doing so, you have gained the gift of the past and be grounded in the present positively.

You live in new and different ways, where grace from Universe, or God, always belongs to you, and you acknowledge it wholeheartedly.

Love starts from the unconditional thoughts

In a meditation moment,

I met “a pure universe” within:

… the presence of a “sacred rose” touches the mind

then penetrates heart

her petals warm the soul

she invites the crawling up both light and darkness

accepting and painting the past and the future

in the canvas of the now

with unconditional thoughts of light and darkness

are holding and needing one another

in the journey to love and to grow…

Stream of subconsciousness

Start seeing the center picture mindfully. Slowly observe the thoughts and associate them with your feeling inside. After you write down the experience of the picture in your mind, move clockwise to the next picture and do the same for all. After completing 10 pictures, you can collectively compare the written experiences.

What is the insight?

How do you think and feel about yourself at the end?

Then you can read mindfully the transforming phrases below:

Let things come; let things go.

Let the water flow and the wind blow.

Let the music sound unhindered. It is the essence of living.

It is living in the present.

One step at a time, even when the problems seem overwhelming.

One step at a time.

I realize the movement of grace even faster than I ever thought.

I do my best one step at a time.

I am moving along and vibrating together with nature.

I flow…

I blow…

I bow…

Journey to the Light

Journey to the light song

May the journey of your soul always be blessed.

Persistence always belongs to you.

Even when you are entering the darkest place,

you always be filled with the courageous and joy of faith.

May the light that is belong to you—

shines endlessly in every corner of your life.

May every time you breathe, God,

the Uncreated Light

becomes a part of your soul returning.

May the darkness that often be denied, now is accepted,

even the darkness invites the light—amaze you when you aware

light dancing with the darkness, without conflicting one another.

Then, becomes a perfect beauty of your soul.

May soul journey enriches you everyday and the Spirit of God whispers to you:

You are loved because you are faithful one.

Mindfulness horizon

As events come and go, people read, listen, see, experience, and more through all their senses. They consciously and unconsciously allow and incorporate all the experiential happening materials as a part of their personality. Some people may have to become somebody they may never think or intend to be.

One of the remarkable lessons in reflective life is that when people force themselves to take control over events or situations, they need to learn to let go of their attachments to the status quo conditions. They need to mindfully live from the deep place of recognition and then learn to unlearn.

I always remember a message from my “guru,” who said: “If you want to experience the present, then you need to drop off or give up your every idea, the concept of living in the present. You need to come to the mindfulness that leads you to the knowledge that being present is not the same as trying to be present. You need to know that you get it when you lose it, live when you die, rise when you are hung on the cross.” Remember the flow of the river… experience the symphony without needing to own the notes…”

Then, he softly stated one mantra that came from his heart, “Let things come, let things go… Let the water flow and the wind blow, and let the music sound unhindered… Do not hold one note in your pocket… let “do” comes and goes… let “re” comes and goes…” Then, he challenged me to only listen to one cassette of instrumental music each hour, then come to the whole day, month, and even a year… Do you want to try this? Once you get it… you will understand… and don’t forget to drop it again…

Things that make sense take time

The way we expend our thoughts and actions will tell us whether we live according to the flesh or according to the Spirit. “Wherever your treasure lies, there your heart will be” (Luke 12:34).

Things that make sense take time.

Cultivate, fertilize, and till the soil. But don’t expect things of the greatest importance to run on your schedule.

I don’t think God keeps lists of what we must do and want to become. I don’t think that as clever as we think we are, we’ll understand all about God’s mind. Probably, at least, there is one thing that we unquestionably can perceive about God’s desire; it is through our personal experiences about God’s love and compassion in daily life.

That’s the ground that I’ll continue to water and watch… and I will keep lists of the things that can help me grow and nurture many people…
