Existentialism Matter

The state of being or Existence is increased by adding responsibility, meaning, and purpose. The state of Existence is more actual by reducing the feeling of isolation; addressing the needs for freedom and belonging.

The anxiety and the fear emerged as the result of the uncertainty in life and looming death (i.e., physically, psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually).

The increased isolation and the lack of responsibility, meaning, and purpose become signs of the looming death. Therefore, it is important to end the anxiety and fear of the unknown by using our capacity with a more positive worldview to make choices (i.e., to take ownership of choices), develop our lives, and maximize our Existence and the reason for being.
