Morning Mantra

At this moment, all I need is to appreciate the little goal and its possibilities. I believe that small steps and regular action will move me toward the goal. Then, the miracle happens. The impossible becomes possible. A small bit of effort with a happy feeling and determination in the morning helps me strive more for the better.

Of course, there will be anxiety here and there, and the anxiety will not disable me.

I am worthy and deserve to feel better every day.
I enjoy life and have clarity and purpose every day.
I make my dreams happen every day.

Of course, a goal like a million miles away becomes possible with this path.

past – embracing

present – let they be dancing together
let they harmonize, blend, and conform together
embracing the past
with radical acceptance
welcoming the future
with entire hopeful imagination
and let the present be more mindful
that the “be”
is always “WONDERFUL”
is always “AMAZING”
because of the dancing

A Mantra: Just BE

Life isn’t always about searching for answers, trying to live in certain ways, trying to impress other people, or putting on a fake persona. It is about enjoying the moment. It is kind of sitting in traffic: “I used to get angry with the action of other people without reflecting on my action.” Instead of looking toward things, sometimes it is good to take a breath and to take a moment by the moment.

Living more in the moment and learning to let go the overthinking or trying to understand a cause without forcing. Just be, to unlearn the thoughts of what made someone feel this way and that way. Learning to breathe to care, listen to, exist to be better, do small surprises, and plan things out with a sense of wonder. Happiness then will come joyfully full of surprises. Amazingly, all come naturally, and Miracles happen every day.

Existentialism Matter

The state of being or Existence is increased by adding responsibility, meaning, and purpose. The state of Existence is more actual by reducing the feeling of isolation; addressing the need for freedom and belonging.

The anxiety and the fear emerged due to the uncertainty in life and looming death (i.e., physically, psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually).

The increased isolation and the lack of responsibility, meaning, and purpose become signs of the looming death. Therefore, it is important to end the anxiety and fear of the unknown by using our capacity with a more positive worldview to make choices (i.e., to take ownership of choices), develop our lives, and maximize our Existence and the reason for being.
