In the beginning, was the Word,
And the Word was with God.
Through Him, all things were made,
In Him was life, a love so odd.

He came to earth in human form,
To show us love so divine.
To teach us how to live and love,
And bring our souls to shine.

His words were like a gentle breeze,
His touch could heal the blind.
His love could fill the most profound void,
And bring us peace of mind.

He died upon the cross for us,
To show the depth of love.
And rose again to give us hope,
To meet us up above.

His love will never fade away,
It’s written in the stars.
A true love, a love that’s real,
A love that’s ours.
