The grasping mind, at first, somehow makes you feel in control, as you will feel safe temporarily. After that, however, you will start feeling empty and hollow, which you need to unlearn the grasping mind. With active contemplation, you need to learn to embrace the non-grasping mind with the non-grasping attitude.
Therefore, you need to start paying attention to the present moment. You learn to meditate upon the blessings that make up your reality in the now. You learn to focus your energy on appreciation, kindness, and compassion. You learn the practice of acceptance, to let go of unnecessary in life. You learn the interconnectedness with others. This practice expands the mind to be in the present moment.
The non-grasping mind and attitude always welcome the future’s coming and celebrate, be thankful, and grateful for the past. All come naturally and be, just happening.
