Tranquility Breathing

Tranquility Breathing

Sit comfortably and take a slow, deep breath. Slowly exhale, releasing any tension you may be holding in your body. For the next few minutes, observe the process of inhaling and exhaling.

Take a slow, deep breath through your nose while thinking the word “So” and then exhale slowly through your nose while thinking the word “Hum”.

Allow your breathing to flow easily. In tranquility of all senses, repeating, So . . . Hum . . . when you breahte in and breathe out . . . So . . . Hum . . .

Then slowly, mindfully, close your eyes while continue fill yourself when your breathe in and breathe out. . . So . . . Hum . . . observing the process of breathing without trying to manipulate the process of breathing. . .

All come naturally and easily . . . So . . . Hum . . .
