One Mindful Breathing at a Time

Breathe through the nose into the chest.
Hold briefly.
Let the breath fall into the upper belly.
Communicate gently throughout every cell in the body,
and every layer of the subsconciousness.
Then breathe out gently through the mouth.

Remember that everything you need is within, and you have faith in your intuitive and healing power. As you surrender and accept, peace and serenity abide in your relaxed body. All your emotion is like a smooth and glassy lake. They reflect the energy from the Solar Plexus.

Feel that peace now. Let the peace circulates and the healing energy glow from your heart. It flows like a golden light throughout every cell in and through your body. It heals, loves, and it is you.

You just need to start with one mindful breath. This is more than just breathing. This is the breathing to live forward, heal, and be better; to live healthier, happier, and wealthier. This is the hopeful imagination. It is because you have the assurance that creates more peace within; and more peace for you and becoming the “you.”

Because you give yourself permission to be easy with yourself, you are easier and easier to be at peace. You have peace with the process of becoming who you want to become. You just need to start with one mindful breathing at a time.

From this breathing, you tap your deep assurance, manifesting the freedom to choose and do what you want. It is unlimited because you know who you want to become and how to become the best version of who you are. The limitation is only with your imagination.
